Physical Therapy
Dr. Susan starts with a comprehensive assessment to learn your injury history, tolerance level, your goals, and identify any weaknesses in mobility, flexibility, strength, stability, and functional movement patterns. With the data from the assessment, she creates an individualized physical therapy program tailored to your specific needs. She’ll work with you 1-on-1 for the entire 60-minute visit to help you recover from injuries and strengthen any deficiencies that prevent you from being the strongest version of you!
Personal Training
As a former athlete herself, Dr. Susan knows how important it is to be in prime shape. Let her help you level up your game with 1-on-1 personal training services! Programs are designed around your specific needs and lifestyle – whether you’re looking for general fitness or sports-specific training – and will include exercises for injury prevention.
